I have seen a turtle lay eggs and twice let baby turtles free to the sea. An amazing experience and most impressed with the enthusiasm and dedication of the staff at the centre.

I have donated yesterday and shared the pledge. 2 of my friends said they would have done if you had PayPal facility. I have donated another £15 for them. I think may have reached your target with a PayPal function . Good luck.

Really great work. My late father loved these areas of North Cyprus- HMTurkan

You are doing a great job! you deserve all the donations. I visited Alagadi last summer and spoke with Mr.Keco. I wish I could do more for you! Good luck!

Great work!

Best summer I ever had 🥰 keep you the good work!

I sat on the beach with the volunteers a couple of decades ago and watched the hatchlings emerge. Unforgettable night. These beautiful creatures deserve all our support. Good Luck!

Wishing you the very best with your very worthwhile project. Love to you all. Jayne, Exeter xx

Two great friends and colleagues, doing fantastic science and conservation. (75% off the way there!)

i hope you receive everything you need to support the project this summer.

So proud to be a past volunteer at this amazing conservation project. Well done everyone at the project at the moment keeping it going!!

A great initiative which has been of such value to the region and to students!

Having been a volunteer way back as a University student in 1993 I am so pleased this important project is still going strong. I thoroughly enjoyed the truly life shaping experience as well as feeling we were making a difference. Wishing Annette. Brendan and everyone at SPOT continued success.

Having seen a release in Cyprus and helped rescue hatchlings scattering after hatching and heading in the wrong direction in Cabo Verde this is a cause close to my heart. Well done all those involved in it.

Wonderful project. When our daughter was there (two years running) we had great delight in turning up at the Goat Shed with Roast chicken and beer for the volunteers. They all had a wonderful experience and learnt so much. I always take friends to Alagadi when we visit to show them the work that the volunteers do. Thanks Annette and Brendan for introducing us to North Cyprus.

Great memories from this project a long time ago now, I hope it continues its.great work for many years

Good luck this year!

Take my COVID19 savings! :)

Have a great season, Fingers crossed you can welcome back volunteers next year. Give my love to the turtles xx

Visited this project twice when my son Tony Bicknell was a volunteer

Would love to visit one day and see the magical moment of the hatchings when it is safe to do so.

Having been to North Cyprus many times and last year saw a baby turtle released I then sponsored a nest for this year and have a nest named The Lawrence Family, which is a Loggerhead and was laid on 29/05/2020, thanks for all your hard work and determination to protect the Loggerhead and Green Turtles.

Having spent two of the best summer at this is a wonderful project, I believe the project conducts valuable and legitimate conservation work and research. Best wishes for the 2020 season.

Watching the fund raising video brought back lots of very good memories - some of the best summers of my life out in Cyprus. Hope you reach the fund raising goal - and good luck with this season x

Good luck and hope you reach your target s to protect and maintain this fantastic conservation project

As a former volunteer, I can't recommend this project highly enough. It would be a real shame if you don't manage to keep it going this year!

This Project helped change my life and provided me with best summer I ever had.

Good luck Guys I will forever remember my summer as part of the team!! Love to you all!! Gav x

Good luck guys, hope you have a great summer regardless of how much gets donated - keep up the good work!

Keep up the great work and best of luck with the 2020 expedition. I had the best summer ever in Northern Cyprus back in 1994.

Watched local team of conservation volunteers help baby turtles hatch and reach the sea in Cyprus two years ago - great experience.

The work carried out in North Cyprus is invaluable for the protection of all Marine Life.

Good luck raising the rest of the money to support the project in 2020. Fair to say 5 seasons volunteering for MTCP has massively influenced who I am and what I do, and remains one of the best things I have ever signed up for.

Good luck everyone! Keep up the fantastic work conserving these amazing animals 🐢 Such fun memories of my summers in Cyrpus 😃

The Turtle Conservation Expedition to Northern Cyprus proved to be some of the happiest times of my life. I was a volunteer on the project in 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1995. A massive thank you to Brendan and Annette for making it all possible.

My time spent volunteering on this project remains one of the best experiences of my life. An excellent project that not only directly helps the conservation of sea turtles but supports volunteers in building skills, a professional network and life long friendships!

The turtle project has given me some of the best summer memories as well as meeting fantastic friends.

A most wonderful project most deserving of everyone's support.
